UPND to present Police brutality evidence to the Hague

Edwin Lifwekelo
The United Party for National Development (UPND) say they will soon be presenting documented evidence on Police brutality in the country to the International Criminal Court in the Hague for possible consideration prosecution of those responsible the harassment and brutality of innocent Zambians.

UPND Spokesperson Edwin Lifwekelo in a statement made available to QFM News says the party is taking stock of the alleged Police brutality since President Michael Sata assumed the office of president in 2011.

Mr Lifwekelo states that the UPND is greatly perturbed by the actions taken by the Zambia police which he says is being used as an instrument of violence and intimidation.

He further states that the Police have abandoned their noble duty of maintaining law and order and are now concentrating on persecuting political opponents an action that is ultra vires and bent on pulverizing political dissident in the country as the PF drives the country into a vicious one party dictatorship.

Mr Lifwekelo adds that the UPND will also be writing to the European Union, African Union,SADC and all the donors accredited to Zambia on the violation of human rights in Zambia including the Human Rights Commission.

Hehehehe its funy sometimes how things happen. South Sudan, Central African Republic, Nigeria, Egypt, D.R.C are some of the countries in Africa that are facing real problems in Africa where tens of people are dying, raped etc and yet an opposition party in Zambia want to tanish the image of the country because of just a stroke. anyway its good we know in advance what they want to turn our country into.

Its a shame that at a time in African Political History where African states have strongly questioned the Role and goal of the International Criminal Court which has proved to be targeted at persecuting African Leaders and have called for its disbandment or alternatively the withdraw of membership by african states…We have Politically dull political parties Like the Bantustan UNDP crying to the Imperialists about Internal political/governance disputes which should be solved within the soverighnity of our country for the sake of cheap political millage/expedience.

Eddie Christopher Musonda

Why can’t u wait for 2016 than trying to destroy the country internationally
