Justice Minister WYNTER KABIMBA has reiterated that the enactment of a new constitution should not come at the expense of social and economic development. The Justice Minister also says the PF government has not gone back on its promise to enact a people driven constitution, as being alleged by the opposition political parties and some NGOs. Mr. KABIMBA who is also PF Secretary General says government will live up to its word and give the country a new constitution as it promised the people. He told ZNBC’s MICHEAL KAUMBA in Nchelenge shortly before meeting party officials that the constitution making process is but one of the many developmental programmes under the PF manifesto which the party will fulfill. He said government has prioritized the provision of quality health care, education, agriculture and decent shelter for Zambians. The PF Secretary General is in Luapula province for a series of meetings with PF officials and traditional leaders

  1. Yesterday, while I was at work, my cousin stole my iphone and tested to see if it can survive a 30 foot drop, just so she can be a youtube sensation. My apple ipad is now broken and she has 83 views.
I know this is entirely off topic but I had to share it with someone!
