Roan Member of Parliament Chishimba Kambwili has denied charges of possessing property and money suspected to be proceeds of crime.
Kambwili denied the 34 counts slapped on him before principal resident magistrate Mwaka Mikalile.
The roan member of Parliament has been granted cash bail at a sum of k10,000 plus two working sureties from reputable organizations with managerial positions at a sum of k100, 000 to be paid in their own recognizance.
The matter comes up on June 4th for commencement of trial.

The lusaka magistrates court had granted NDC consultant Chishimba kambwili bail.
Magistrate Mwaka Mukalile granted Dr. Kambwili a ten thousand kwacha bail in his own recognizance with two working sureties.
Mazabuka upnd lawmaker Garry Nkombo is among the sureties.
The Anti Corruption Commission ACC has dragged Dr. Kambwili to court.
Lawyers Keith Mweemba and Christopher Mundia are representing Dr. Kambwili in this matter.
