The High Court has nullified the parliamentary election of Sioma Constituency in Western Province.
Mutomena Mubiana (PF) petitioned the election of Mbololwa Subulwa (Ind) and the Electoral Commission of Zambia ( ECZ) urging the High Court to declare the election null and void due to violence and corruption.
So far the Courts have nullified Nalolo, Munali, Lusaka Central, Itezhi-Tezhi parliamentary seats and various ward elections.
