GBM Milling proprietor Geoffrey Bwalya has sued his office assistant for theft.
Joseph Mumba, 21 is alleged to have stolen US$ 4000 cash from the milling plant.
Particulars are that Mumba an employee of GBM Milling in his capacity as Office Orderly did steal US$4000 cash property of Mr Mwamba.
He admitted the charge when he appeared for plea before Magistrate Lameck Mwale.
