ActingPresident, Guy Scott, has nullified the declaration of Edgar Lungu.
Dr Scott says the declaration of Edger Lungu as the PF Presidential Candidate for the January 20 presidential by election is null and void.
Speaking to journalists in Kabwe at the Presidential Lodge, Dr Scott said the PF Central Committee and the convener of the conference did not follow the stated procedure of the party constitution.
Dr Scott said he was the only person legible to call for the national council where candidates aspiring for the presidential candidature are scrutinized.
Dr Scott said the general conference will still go ahead tomorrow where the PF president will be elected.
