The National Committee of the Forum for Democracy and Development-FDD has adopted Edith Nawakwi as its candidate in forth coming presidential election.
And speaking at a press briefing in Lusaka today, Ms. Nawakwi has appealed to Zambians to vote for a leader who will lead the country to prosperity.
Ms. Nawakwi has urged Zambians not to vote out of sympathy but focus on voting for a leader who has a heart for the people of Zambia.
The FDD leader said the FDD is offering seasoned leadership.
