Fr Bwalya has accused the Patriotic Front of engaging in the same electoral malpractices they condemned while in the opposition.
He says during a rally on Sunday 17th August, 2014 held at Nkulumashiba Secondary School grounds, area Member of Parliament Chishimba Kambwili threatened to withhold development for the ward if people voted for the ABZ candidate Pearson Chikwete.
Fr Bwalya says Mr Kambwili made it clear that development projects such as water reticulation and rehabilitation of roads would be stopped.
He adds that Mr Kambwili further went on to accuse the ABZ candidate of practicing witchcraft by alleging that he was using African Magic to attract customers to his shop.
He says Mr Kambwili spoke passionately and with a lot of authority that the ABZ candidate and another from a different opposition political party were practicing witchcraft.
He has also accused PF Copperbelt youth chairperson Nathan Chanda of giving K1,000 to the choir at St.Charles Borromeo, Mpatamatu parish during a church service while in the company of the PF candidate.
Fr Bwalya says the behavior of the PF clearly shows that the dream of better governance which made people vote for PF in 2011 has been lost.
