PRESIDENT SATA ON ARRIVAL IN MANSA

Chief Government Spokesperson, Mwansa Kapeya, has refuted online publications that President Michael Sata collapsed on Wednesday afternoon and has not been well since.

Mr. Kapeya has told QFM News that people should not take serious online publications because there is no credibility in their reporting.

Mr. Kapeya says President Sata is well and there is no need to take seriously reports that are indicating that the Head of State on Thursday and Friday he cancelled presidential appointments due to his sickness.

He adds that it’s high time the people of Zambia stopped taking stories published online as gospel truth because such publications are bringing confusion in the country.

Some online publications have reported that Government is making frantic efforts to evacuate President Michael Sata who is said to be seriously ill.
