we are nt saying the constitution is bad but we are saying he is wasting money he would have signed it in parliament or in his office.do u know how much the govt have spent just for the signature at heroes we need a president who is using money wel,trs ve been recruited but there are no houses,talk of other sectors which needs money like health.those amendement are political based a mere zambian needs the bill of rights not 50+1.

What exactly do you want from the president Sir Kabanda? Do you realize that most citizens wanted the constitution? As he plays his part, it remains for us to play ours. Remember when we were in school they used advise us as students never to hurt the lecturer/teacher as it always increased the chances of failing in his/her subject.
