Patriotic Front Secretary General Davies Mwila says the ruling party is not shifting from the principles the party was founded upon by late President Michael Sata to transform Zambia.
The PF Chief Executive Officer said this in Lusaka today when he welcomed former Zambia Congress of Trade Unions (ZCTU) Secretary General Roy Mwaba and Rainbow Party Lusaka Provincial Chairman Mulenga Mwiche and his vice Stanslous Mambo to the PF.Roy Mwaba
Mr. Chama says former party members are encouraged to come back to the ruling party assuring them that they will be embraced and cherished.
He says even Rainbow Party President Wynter Kabimba should not be scared of going back to the PF.
And Mr. Chama says while late President Sata pledged to govern the nation based on biblical Ten Commandments, President Lungu has gone even further to lead the people of Zambia to God.
He says people should ignore politicians doubting the commitment of President Lungu to promoting the things of God, saying such people do not mean well for the nation.
Speaking earlier, former Zambia Congress of Trade Unions (ZCTU) Secretary General Roy Mwaba said the political and social economic challenges in the country call for unity and concerted efforts in order to find solutions.
Mr. Mwaba says after serious reflections on the political developments taking place in the country, he has decided not to sit on the fence and be a spectator, but join the PF and offer a service to the nation.
