Forum for Democracy and Development (FDD) President Edith Nawakwi says the prevailing economic situation in the country does not support the creation of more Ministries.
Ms Nawakwi says while she has in the last four years been advising the PF Government to split those ministries which had been merged by late President Michael Sata, it is costly to create a new ministry for instance out of the ministry of Finance.
She adds that the ruling party appears to be lost as can be seen from the manner they are running the affairs of the country.
Ms Nawakwi states that the country has been in a total mess from the time the PF government took over power the MMD because of alleged poor leadership.
On Friday last week, President Lungu announced the splitting of some ministries to create five more ministries.
