OPPOSITION UNITED PARTY FOR NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT–UPND NORTHERN PROVINCE CHAIRMAN HAS DEFECTED TO THE NEWLY CREATED RAINBOW PARTY.
Speaking to Mano News in a walk–in interview, Steven Mulenga charged that he has decided to leave UPND adding that it is his democratic right to belong to any political party he wishes to join.
Mr Mulenga has since advised members seeking clarity about his resignation to contact him.
