FQM’s Sentinel Mine technical and management positions to be filled by Zambians

First Quantum Minerals, FQM, says it will fill all technical and management positions at its under-construction Sentinel Mine with Zambians.

The company says the move is aimed ensuring that country benefits from its mineral wealth.

Tracy Campbell who is leading the recruitment effort at the Mine says they will spare no effort in attracting skilled Zambians.

She told ZNBC News in a statement that the Mine already has a major effort underway to woo Zambian metallurgists, geologists and others.
