Dear Editor, This morning I returned from Zimbabwe via Kariba and Siavonga. As I was crossing over on the dam wall the car experienced a bump, so I stopped to check what was wrong with it.

After about ten minutes I could find nothing, so I had a good look around the dam wall to view the spectacle, and while I was doing this I noticed a crack in the wall of about 10cm extending from the top down to about 12 meters below, with some water leaking from lower down. I thought nothing of it at the time, but while driving on the road it struck me that such leaks cannot be normal. Could you please publicise this in your very good online publication to alert the ZRA authorities to check up on this please? Thankyou.
