Leader of the Copperbelt based group of small-scale miners, popularly known as the Jerabos, Youngson Kalobo, has died.
Mr. Kalobo, aged 37, died at Kitwe’s Progress Medical Hospital at around 08.00 hours, after a sudden illness.

Brother to the deceased Pavuma, has confirmed the death of his younger brother, Youngson in an interview with Znbc News in Kitwe today.
Mr. Kalobo said his young brother was taken ill to Progress Medical Centre at around 04.00 hours this morning after he complained that he was unwell.
Mr. Kalobo said Youngson had malaria last week and had just completed medication.
At the time of his death, Youngson was the leader of the rich Copper slug dumpsite known as the black mountain and an executive committee member of Chibuluma Rugby club.
He was also the project convener at the United Church of Zambia UCZ Wusakile congregation.
