A seven year old boy died on the spot while another is nursing serious wounds at Nsama rural health center after they were struck by lightning .
Nsama district commissioner Panji Chilingala confirmed the incident to ZANIS in Nsama today.
Mr. Chilingala said Mwenya Mulenga 7, died on the spot while Kelvin Nonde 6 is nursing injuries at the health center.
He said the incident happened over the week end during the funeral of Lucy Kalumba a relative to the diseased.
The district commissioner has since conveyed his condolences to the bereaved family.
