China’s central bank said on Tuesday that it had signed a memorandum of understanding on yuan clearing with Zambia’s central bank.
The People’s Bank of China said in a statement that a yuan clearing arrangement in Zambia will boost the use of yuan in trading among firms and financial institutuions of the two countries.
