Zambian Discounts is looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Transport sales executive

Person profile

Must demonstrate drive and enthusiasm to see tasks and projects through to completion
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build close relationships and interact with colleagues in a small but dynamic team
Ability to manage conflicting priorities and communicate this effectively to internal partners in a collaborative and professional manner.
Ability to work autonomously and remain self-motivated.

Skills

Experience in managing people and training people
Project management skills, including documentation and delivery
Excellent communication which includes presentation and written skills
Strong influencing skills and a positive opinion leader
Ability to deliver against demanding deadlines and key milestones
Reporting and data analysis; analytical and problem solving skills
Good Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills Experience
It is essential that the candidate has prior operational experience gained through a similar role.
Good overall knowledge of all aspects of business mechanics and the evolving business climate in Zambia
