SUSPECTED United Party for National Development (UPND) cadres on Tuesday afternoon grabbed a camera from a police officer in Luanshya and removed its memory card before handing the gadget back to the officer.
Copperbelt Province commissioner of police Charity Katanga said in an interview yesterday that the incident happened around 17:30 hours in Mpatamatu Township during a UPND rally.
Ms Katanga said the camera is Government property and that the memory card had classified information for the police.
