Police have summoned UPND Vice President, Geoffrey Bwalya Mwamba in connection with the apprehending of 21 suspected party cadres over the weekend.
The 21 cadres were found in possession of offensive weapons at Mr Mwamba’s premise on Luanshya road in Lusaka’s Villa Elizabetha area.
Police Spoksperson,Munganga Chanda has confirmed the summoning of Mr Mwamba in a statement to ZNBC news.
Mrs Chanda says Mr Mwamba is expected to report to Lusaka Central Police at 9 hours tomorrow.
