New Cabinet ministers must start work immediately – President Lungu

President Lungu says his new Cabinet ministers must start work immediately because there is a lot of work to do to develop the country.
“I would like to stop [speech] here and get back to work as your new President and commander-in-chief because there is no honeymoon. This is just a curtain-raiser. We have work to do,” he said.
President Lungu said Government and the Patriotic Front (PF) need to work very hard because the period before elections is very short.
“We must, therefore, work very hard in the remaining 18 months to retain the confidence of our masters, the Zambian people,” he said.
