LUAPULA Province permanent secretary Chanda Kasolo has been transferred to the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting Services, replacing Bert Mushala, who has been moved to Cabinet Office.
Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation reported yesterday that the changes made by Secretary to the Cabinet Roland Msiska are with immediate effect.
