‘It will take 30 years to replace Sata’
Kalabo, Nov 4/14 ZANIS———–The Patriotic Front Constituency Executive Committee in Sikongo District of Western Province says it will take Zambia another 30 years to find a Presidential candidate like Sata because of his unique style of leadership he exhibited.
And the Executive Committee has appealed to party members to desist from finger-pointing but instead pray to God on how the nation should be led from where late President Sata left.
Constituency acting Vice Chairman, Walubita Sitali, told ZANIS in Kalabo that Sikongo district received President Sata’s death with shock, adding that people in the district were greatly saddened at the development and would forever mourn his death.
Mr Sitali lamented that people of Sikongo had all the reasons to be saddened because President Sata upgraded the area to a district status hence bringing development to the area.
He said late President Sata transformed the country in all sectors regardless of the region in the shortest possible time.
Meanwhile, Mr Sitali has advised fellow party officials to unit and desist from finger-pointing as it was not the right time to do so.
He said party matters should be dealt with after the late President was put to rest.
