Politician cum motor rally driver Lameck Kamalo says he hopes to make a big impact in his newly found career in motor sports.
Kamalo who is Former Fourth Republic Party president recently drifted his attention from politics to among other issues to concentrate on his new childhood sport of motor racing.
ZANIS sports reports Kamalo saying in in an interview in Lusaka today that after undergoing intense training, he is now ready to compete favourably both at national and international level.
He charged that he aspired for motorsports after staying away from active politics.
He added that it was his hope to become among the country’s top competitive motor rally drivers.
And, Kamalo has called on all the people who have sports cars to showcase their potential as Zambia celebrates its golden jubilee in order to inspire the masses.
Kamalo further called on Zambian from all walks of life to ensure they fully participate in Zambia’s golden jubilee celebrations.
He said as the nation celebrates 50 years of independence, it is also a time for Zambians to make new resolutions.
Kamalo also called for real and heart felt reconciliation among all political leaders in order to enhance social and economic development in the country.
