Govt warns irresponsible civil servants
Kalabo, August 8, 2014, ZANIS……………..Defence Minister Edgar Lungu has warned civil servants not to blame government if they found themselves out of employment because of irresponsible behaviour.

Mr Lungu told the HODs that government was not short of personnel adding that the ones currently in employment should treasure the opportunity that had been offered to them by delivering a good service.
“Government will not take any excuse from HODs for not implementing projects, I don’t want you to fail us just like we are not going to fail you, we are not short of personnel to employee there are a lot of young people that need the jobs you are holding,” Mr Lungu said.
