United Party for National Development (UPND) leader Hakainde Hichilema has implored Government to ensure the 2014 national budget focuses on the needy sectors of the economy.
Mr. Hichilema has told Qfm News that poverty reduction, education and health sectors are among the neediest sectors that need serious attention if the country is to move forward.
Mr. Hichilema further stresses the need for government to show political will in addressing the many challenges being faced by ordinary Zambians.
The UPND leader has also warned against over expenditure by government in future for the benefit of the country.
