Government is confident that AVIC International, a Chinese company engaged to construct the controversial Mongu- Kalabo road, will deliver a quality and good road to the people of Western Province and Zambia as a whole.
Speaking at the project site, Western Province Permanent Secretary, Emmanuel Mwamba said it is the hope of government that the company will work on the road to expected standards.
