Malawi ‘prophet’ Shepherd Bushiri walks on air

Malawi born Prophet, Shepherd Bushiri has performed the most outstanding miracle seen as yet, as he has walked on air.

Prophet Shepherd Bushiri made headlines a few weeks ago when a doctored video went viral insinuating that he had performed a fake miracle. The video, of which we our news team has a copy of is fully edited to make it seem as if the miracle performed is fake.

Our motion graphics editor, and well renowned video analyst Quinton Mutsinze compared it with an original version which we managed to get from the original broadcast, and stated beyond a reasonable doubt that, the video going viral is tempered with using Adobe Premier Pro.

After being labelled fake prophet and a conniving fraudster following the video Prophet Shepherd Bushiri has responded in spectacular fashion and pulled off yet another mouth-watering miracle which he walked on air.

Our chief correspondent, Maynard Chizavare attended the service in anticipation of the response the man of God would make regarding the leaked video. He was later granted an opportunity for an an exclusive interview where Bushiri performed the miracle again in the presence of our journalist and let him record a video that we have uploaded on this site.

Speaking to us moments later, Chizavare described the experience as phenomenal and bemusing relating it to the biblical moment when Jesus Christ walked on water.

In the video sent through to us from South Africa, Prophet Bushiri is captured coming down the stairs at his mansion in South Africa. When he gets to the last step to connect with the bottom floor, his feet do not touch the ground and he continues to walk slowly in the air for a distance until he finally touches the ground.

“IF I CAN WALK IN THE AIR, SOMEBODY THINKS I CAN NEVER CAPTURE A SIMPLE PICTURE IN THE SPIRIT. I KNOW WHO I AM AND I UNDERSTAND THE POWER OF GOD AND WHAT THAT POWER CAN DO. HE IS THE GOD OF IMPOSSIBILITIES WHO CAN DO ANYTHING,” SAID BUSHIRI TO HIS CONGREGATION WHICH GATHERED IN ALARMING NUMBER ON SUNDAY.

“WE HAVE SEEN MAGICIANS PERFORMING MIRACLES, WHY CAN’T WE, AS CHILDREN OF GOD PERFORM EQUALLY AND EVEN MORE GREAT MIRACLES? SO UNFORTUNATE THAT SOME PEOPLE ARE QUICK TO BELIEVE IN A MAGICIAN?S MIRACLE THAN IN GOD’S MIRACLE,”

“AM NOT PROVING ANYTHING, AM JUST SHOWING YOU THAT GOD IS ABLE AND HE IS PERFORMING MIRACLES THROUGH HIS CHOSEN ONES. ATTACK A SMALL MIRACLE, I WILL PRAY TO GOD THAT HE MAKES ME PERFORM SOMETHING EVEN GREATER THAN WHAT YOU HAVE ATTACKED. ITS ALL POSSIBLE BECAUSE HE LEAVES IN ME, AM HIS TEMPLE,”

“ABOUT THE MIRACLE THAT YOU HAVE SEEN ME WALKING IN THE AIR IS JUST A DEMONSTRATION OF GOD’S POWER AND WHEN AM DONE PRAYING TO GOD FOR PERFECTION, I SHALL PERFORM IT LIVE FOR EVERYONE TO SEE. THATS LAST FRIDAY WHEN GOD SHOWED ME THAT I CAN DO THAT AFTER I HAD COME FROM CHURCH.”

Bushiri also joked about “The Man of Beer” video also making rounds on social media.

“I HEAR SOMEBODY WAS ALSO ABLE TO CAPTURE SOME CRATES OF BEER IN THE SPIRIT, LET THEM TRY WALKING IN AIR TOO,”

Arguably, Bushiri is putting Malawi on map with so many people flocking to the young prophet’s church in South Africa where he is currently congregating as he is working towards building his church behind the City Mall in Lilongwe, Malawi.

Prophet Shepherd Bushiri will this month-end host his biggest home coming crusade in Mzuzu, Malawi.
