A woman was arrested and charged with being drunk in public after police said she was caught having sex with an unconscious man. Norfolk Police were called to a parking lot along the 6020 block of East Virginia Beach Boulevard Tuesday to investigate an “exposure in progress,” WTKR reported.
The caller said he saw a couple involved in sex acts. When police arrived, they found the couple and determined the man was unconscious and unresponsive. His was taken to the hospital for treatment. His condition was not released.
The woman, 36-year-old Kimberly M. Jackson, was later released on bond.
More charges are possible pending the outcome of the police investigation.
