I owe Charity Katanga Commissioner of Police for Lusaka a sincere apology for referring to her as a person that confirmed that I breached the Public Order ACT during the visit of my constituency.
It has come to my attention that the malicious statement was actually made by Police spokesperson Charity Munganga Chanda.
Truthfully, I never intended to create such an awkward and uncomfortable situation. Pardon me; I apologise unreservedly to Commissioner of Police madam Charity Katanga for the pain and embarrassment my statement may have caused to her.
