A NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATION IN NORTHERN PROVINCE HAS EXPRESSED CONCERN AT THE ONGOING ISSUANCE OF MOBILE NATIONAL REGISTRATION CARDS-NRC’S.
Jesuit Centre for Theological Reflection-JCTR Regional Outreach Coordinator, Felix Chiwela noted that not much information has been given to the public with regards to the issuance of NRC’s.
Mr Chiwela revealed that the survey conducted by his organization shows that members of the public are not aware of the exercise.
He has since observed that the exercise is likely to be a flop due to what he termed as lack of publicity.
