GOVERNMENT will roll out the concept of ring roads to other towns, Minister of Local Government and Housing Emmanuel Chenda has said.
“The issue of ring roads in Lusaka is very urgent because this city is the gateway to every town in Zambia. But we have taken the concept to other towns like Ndola,” Mr Chenda said.
He said in an interview yesterday that Government is working on a new urban policy, which will include construction of ring roads.
“We want people to easily connect from one town to another and ring roads will play that role,” he said
