ACTING President Edgar Lungu has declared today as a half working day.
Mr Lungu said this is to enable workers prepare for the Golden Jubilee gala night which starts in all provinces at 16:00 hours today.
This is according to a news item monitored on Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation main news last night, quoting a statement by Secretary to the Cabinet Rowland Msiska.
