Former big brother housemate and “ADDICTED TO SHOES “ boss Pokello Nare has taken her shoe addition to new heights by launching a shoe line, Pokello Pink Bottoms. The Zimbabwean entrepreneur announced the new development through her social media platforms saying “we are excited to share with you this amazing new venture. It’s been a year of studying Shoe Designing and understanding the logistics that come with the business”.
She added that her shoes design is inspired by her favourite designers Sophia Webster, Sergio Rossi and Christian Louboutin. The creations incorporate feminine and soft colours, seductive shapes and elegant lines. Pokello said “the shoes were designed with particular attention being given to the feet of African Women who sometimes struggle with European cuts”.
Pokello Pink bottoms’ first collection are named after the female housemates of Big brother season 8. The shoes made in 10 different colours are called Dillish Gold , Ria Rogue ,Koki Pink , Kessy Mint , Cleo Ice , Nude Monroe , Motamma Malt , Tropical Selly AnnaBanana . All the shoes carry the signature pink bottom which comes from Pokello’s infamous love of bright pink lipstick. Housemates have already received their sample pairs as part of the quality and comfort feedback. The shoes will be sold across Africa with many distributors vying for a chance to carry the African Brand.
The official launch of the brand is slated for the 1st of December.
