FINANCE BANK AND ZNBC LAND
Dr Rajan Mahtani, The Chairman of Finance Bank Zambia Ltd (FBZ), a member of the Mahtani Group of Companies has dismissed allegations in an article on the Zambia Reports website that he has seized land from the Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation (ZNBC).
The said article is false, unfounded, malicious and deliberately calculated to bring the name of FBZ and that of Dr. Rajan Mahtani into disrepute, odium and contempt.
FBZ which has been in existence in Zambia for over 25yrs has established channels and competent management to run the affairs of the bank that includes lending money to individuals or organisations. Dr Mahtani, in his individual capacity, does not lend money.
FBZ will not be drawn into discussing the affairs of its client in the press but will hasten to mention that no such steps have been taken against ZNBC and challenges the source and author of the said article to prove its authenticity.
