Reject aid that is tied to homosexuality conditions – National AIDS Council chairperson

First Lady Dr Christine Kaseba greets Bishop Joshua Banda on arrival at CTICC for the opening of the 17th ICASA Conference at CTICC in Cape Town, South Africa on December 7 2013

Northmead Assemblies of God Bishop JOSHUA BANDA has advised government to reject aid that is tied with conditions such as that of practicing homosexuality. Bishop BANDA says the church will stand with government in rejecting the legalising of homosexuality in the country. He says the church will not support laws that are in contradiction to the laws and demands of the bible. Bishop BANDA says it is unfortunate that some rich nations are forcing African countries to accept homosexuality in order to receive aid. Bishop Banda was speaking during a Certificate presentation Programme for Courageous Men. The programme promotes fatherhood and the need for men to keep families together.
