Hon. Esther Banda is a Member of Parliament for Chililabombwe Constituency under the Patriotic Front (PF). She was born on 4th November 1958 and she is married. She has a BA Degree in Sociology. She was first elected as MP in 2006 and was re-elected in 2011. Hon. Banda is also Deputy Minister of Gender and Child Development. She enjoys going to church and farming.
