A 24-YEAR-OLD student at Apex University has been charged with criminal trespass after he allegedly entered State House with intent to commit a felony.
Mulanda Zulu is alleged to have entered State House around 02:00 hours by jumping over the wall fence with intentions to commit a crime.
Zulu, who is studying pharmacy at Apex University, on April 12 in Lusaka, entered State House without authority.
It is further alleged that on the material day, Zulu was seen near the main gate of State House after he entered the premises but he was captured by police
