TWO Angolan diplomats and their Zambian driver have died on the spot while five others sustained injuries in a road traffic accident on the Mongu-Lusaka Road.
Western Province commissioner of police Charles Lungu said in an interview that the accident happened on Thursday around 21:10 hours between Ndondo and the Roman Catholic Church.
Mr Lungu identified the deceased as Isabel Martinez Manuel, an accountant, Branca Victor Vandune, a secretary, and the driver, Mukonda Mukonda, 36, all employees of the Angolan Consulate in Mongu
