DESPARATION for a job led a 17-year-old girl of Kitwe to sleep with a 30-year-old man who purported to be a manager at Cross Roads Lodge.
The girl said in December last year, she visited the lodge with her friend to look for employment when she met Thomas Mukondo, who introduced himself as the ‘boss’ and promised to offer her a job if she agreed to have sex with him.
This was in a case in which Julius Nyirenda, 44, sued Mukondo for damage compensation after he allegedly impregnated his daughter.
