THE decision to marry another woman before completing divorce formalities with his wife has landed a Luanshya man in serious trouble.
His first wife has sued him to court to explain why he is in such a hurry to tie the knot with yet another woman when they are still legally married.
The Luanshya Local Court heard on Friday that a Luanshya Municipal Council worker obtained a marriage certificate from the civic centre to marry another woman before divorcing his first wife.
Kangwa Mwamba appeared before Luanshya Local Court senior presiding magistrate Fred Hamanyangwe and presiding local court magistrate Judith Mwape Bwalya.
