Bwalya’s attackers granted bail

UPND cadres charged for assaulting PF Deputy Spokesperson Frank Bwalya have been granted cash bail of 6,000 Kwacha each.

Kelvin Cornhill, Lawrence Sakala and Kambani Miyoba appeared in the Monze Magistrate Court today.

The Monze Magistrate Court has set April 7,2016 as the date for mention.

The three are appearing in court after being charged for assault.

They are alleged to have beaten Mr. Bwalya on Sunday in Monze when he featured on a community radio station.
