INSPECTOR General of Police Kakoma Kanganja has warned against provocative behaviour by political party cadres such as intruding camps of their opponents because such acts can cause mayhem.
Mr Kanganja said in a statement yesterday that political party leaders should instill the spirit of tolerance and maturity in their members ahead of Tuesday’s local government by-elections.
The Electoral Commission of Zambia will on Tuesday hold 16 local government by-elections in various parts of the country following one death and resignation of councillors in affected wards.
