AN UNLICENSED bus driver who ran over a traffic officer and left her for dead, has been convicted and fined K3,500 for contravening traffic rules by the Lusaka Magistrate’s Court.
In this case, Steven Phiri, 23, of house number C286, Mtendere township in Lusaka, is charged with five different traffic offences.
