Special Assistant to the President for Political Affairs Kaizer Zulu has pleaded not guilty to two counts of threatening violence and failure to take precaution relating to the shooting incident at Chrismar Hotel.
Mr Zulu fired his firearm after a bar altercation with the Kavindele brothers Enoch and Kaunda.
Magistrate Mwaka Mikalile has since set 9th October as the date for commencement of trial in the matter.
