LUSAKA BASED CIVIL RIGHTS ACTIVIST, KELVIN MUTALE SAMPA HAS DECLARED INTEREST IN CONTESTING THE IMPENDING KASAMA CENTRAL PARLIAMENTARY BY-ELECTION.
Mr. Sampa, a native of Kasama’s Henry Kapata Village confirmed this to Mano News yesterday, stating that he is eying the seat under the ruling Patriotic Front-PF ticket.
He charged that Kasama is faced with a number of developmental challenges that require someone of his calibre to address.
Mr. Sampa added that as a son of the soil, he will initiate the much needed development in Kasama once voted as Member of Parliament.
