Police have picked Mutembo Nchito who is the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP)
Yesterday the Chongwe Magistrate Court issued a warrant of arrest for the DPP and approved 11 charges following a formal complaint by former Deputy Minister of Finance, Newton Nguni
Last night the Lusaka High Court issued a stay of execution of the warrant of arrest.
Mutembo has been arrested and is expected to appear in Chongwe Magistrate Court today.,
