Zambia’s envoy in the Confederation of African Football (CAF) cup Power Dynamos has refuted reports of signing Green Buffaloes football club striker Felix Sunzu.
Power Dynamos club secretary Ricky Mamfunda has dismissed rumours saying the club has not signed neither has it had any talks with Sunzu.
According to mtnfootball.com monitored by ZANIS sports today, Mamfunda however said the club will issue a full statement tomorrow on player transfers both inward and outward.
Felix, who is defender Stopilla Sunzu’s elder brother, was strongly rumored to be Power’s prime target for next season and ahead of their participation in the 2015 CAF confederation cup.
Meanwhile, Power Dynamos has officially signed the Nkana duo of left full back Masauso Zimba and attacking midfielder Claude Bwalya.
Zimba and Bwalya will be part of the Arthur Davies stadium outfit pre-season training’s ahead of both 2015 FAZ/MTN super league season and the continental cup.
ZESCO United and Power Dynamos are the country’s representatives in the CAF and confederations cup respectively after the two teams finished first and second in the just ended FAZ/MTN 2014 super league.
