POLICE in Mansa have arrested Kale Primary School head teacher Gervas Chambwa along with his senior teacher Albeno Kalenga for alleged possession of a leaked Grade nine Geography examination paper.
Luapula Province commissioner of police Malcolm Mulenga said that Mr Chambwa and Mr Kalenga were arrested yesterday shortly before the pupils wrote the examination.
Mr Mulenga said the two allegedly tore the seal on the paper containing the examination papers and got one paper, which they attempted to answer.
He said on the fateful day around 09:00 hours while invigilating, senior officers from the provincial education office found a 2014 final geography examination paper two tucked between past papers and this made them suspicious.
